The units listed are pet friendly for long or short term rentals. Our policy for long term rentals is as follows.
LONG TERM: ( 2 weeks or longer) $450.00 Pet Deposit, $150.00 will be used to clean carpets after rental, if there is no other damage $300.00 returned to the renter.
SHORT TERM (1 week or less) $250.00 Refundable Pet Deposit, returned in full if no damage.
